Our van carries a wide variety of seafood, lobsters crabs, fish ready wrapped for your BBQ, take away salads and much more.
Our take away seafood platters are designed for you to have a quiet night in, or to entertain your friends. They can be ordered by phone, by calling at the shop or the seafood van should it be on your site. Collection is from the shop, but we can bring it to any of the sites listed, if we are visiting your site on that particular day.
How to get to the shop and restaurant
If you've got Sat Nav our postcode is EX34 7EE
If you're following signs like the rest of us, get off the M5 at junction 27, and follow the A361 to Barnstaple. Don't be tempted to take the coastal route and tour around Combe Martin and Ilfracombe unless you've got plenty of time to spare. Follow the signs out of Barnstaple towards Woolacombe, and then to Mortehoe when you see them. When you get to the village, turn first right at the post office - unless you would like to pop in and say hi to Sue or Marie, who are very helpful. Keep following this road for about two hundred yards (not sure what the metric equivelent is) and stop when you see any of the following: seafood van as seen in the picture above AND/OR garden with many advertising signs speared in the grass OR Sam the dog patiently waiting for you at the top of the steps to throw his ball .AND/OR folk in pinnies running around purposefully.
