Our van carries cockles, mussels, whelks, prawns, crevettes, and many other types of seafood ready to eat. We have a large array of fish, wrapped with herbs in foil ready to put on your barbecue (or in the oven ).

Our seafood 'eye poppers' are designed for you to have a quiet night in, or to entertain your friends. They can be collected from the shop, but we require one hours notice as  they take quite a long time to prepare. We can  bring it to any of the sites listed, if we are visiting your  site on that particular day. Not only do you not have to cook or wash up, but you don't have to leave the site either!

How to get to the shop and restaurant

If you've got Sat Nav our postcode is EX34 7EE

If you're following signs like the rest of us, get off the M5 at junction 27, and follow the A361 to Barnstaple. Don't be tempted to get off early and tour around Combe Martin and Ilfracombe unless you've got plenty of time to spare. Follow the signs out of Barnstaple towards Woolacombe, and then to Mortehoe when you see them. When you get to the village, turn first right at the post office - unless you would like to pop in and say hi to Sue or Marie, who are very helpful. Keep following this road for about a hundred yards (not sure what the metric equivelent is) and stop when you see any of the following: seafood van as seen in the picture above AND/OR white pick up truck with a lobster and crab on the side, AND/OR garden with many advertising signs speared in the grass (Jan Moir's words not mine) OR Sam the dog throwing his ball at you, so you can throw it back!.AND/OR red and white pinnies running around purposefully.
